When a customer places an order, the order cannot be altered or changed and is Non-refundable & CANNOT BE REFUNDED, RETURNED OR EXCHANGED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES! Once the order is charged, completed and processed, the SALE IS FINAL!  NO REFUNDS! NO RETURNS! NO EXCHANGES!

Please make sure that before you place an order, your first & last name matches with the same shipping & billing address!!! If it does not match & seems fraudulent, your order will not be fulfilled or processed.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays! Please allow the time frame of (4-7 business days) for your payment to process then your order will begin to be fulfilled and shipped within (5-7 business days). If your order falls on a Friday, the order will began processing on the following business day (example: Monday).
If you place an order for any type of Raw hair, the processing time frame is (4-7 business days) for your payment to process and shipping time frame is (7-14 business days) depending on product availability. Thank you for your cooperation.

Thank you for shopping at TresJolie Hair Collection. ​Our terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping/Fulfillment Policy!

 
When an order is placed, please allow 4-7 business days (Weekends & Holidays NOT INCLUDED) then your order will begin to be fulfilled and shipped within (5-7 business days). Once processing is completed successfully, the order shipping process will begin and 24-48 hours later tracking details will be provided. We value you as a customer and thank you for your service.
Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment delivery time: 3-5 Business Days (Weekends & Holidays Not Included)
All orders are processed within business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. We Do Not Ship to Any Forms of P.O. Box or APO/FPO/DPO addresses! For verification purposes, physical addresses are permitted in every order to be completed and if not your order will be Cancelled and the payment will go back to the card that was used to complete the order.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by 7-14 Days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking:
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be provided after processing is complete.
Customs, Duties and Taxes Policy:
TresJolie Hair Collection is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damage service Policy:
TresJolie Hair Collection is not liable nor responsible for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy:
We currently do not ship outside the U.S.
